Use our online booking form or call us. Give information: pick-up address, drop-off address, size and weight of the parcel, and preferred speed of delivery.
The parcel will be picked up by a driver at your doorstep (or any other place agreed upon by the driver of Wasaga City Taxi). We occasionally pack securely when necessary, or you may pre-pack.
After picking up the parcel, we will issue a tracking ID. Keep track of its progress through our site or through phone calls. We do keep you posted in case of delays.
The parcel reaches the address of the recipient. We require a signature/photo to provide evidence of delivery (depending on service). You will be notified upon delivery.
Yes. We have insurance for most parcel types. For high‑value items, we recommend talking to us in advance so we can ensure extra protection.
Absolutely. After pickup, you will receive a tracking number. You can check the status online or via our customer support.
We’ll attempt to contact the recipient. If there’s no response, we’ll follow your instructions leave with neighbor, return to sender, etc..
Currently, we don’t offer cash on delivery. However, under special arrangements for business clients. Contact us to set up COD service.
